MOTHER'S DAY

It has been crazy in our house lately, we have all come down with different illness, My husband had a dinner date planned for us but i was not feeling up to going as i am still sick and my head hurts like crazy. So instead my sweet half brought to food to me.

I had the stuffed chicken with parmesan mash potato in a mushroom sauce, along with salad and bread sticks!!! AND yes it was amazing even though i am suppose to be on a diet..........  for dessert we all had my homemade 3 layer chocolate cake, again bad but hey you only live once and monday i will be back on track, this was my cheat day.

what better way to end your day with some chocolate cake, and cream?! now to get all my babies ready for bed, and then its alone time with my husband, we have planned to watch Rosemary's baby tonight. I do hope it is as good as what they have been showing. As for my mothers day i had a great day, woke up to all my kids showering me with love and all there homemade gifts, PERFECT!! i cherish all these moments afterall i wouldn't be a mother if it wasn't for them.
