what's happening today!!

Today is Friday and we are having a really lazy day!!! 
We always chill on a friday and only do reading and crafts, we call it lazy fun friday. 
It gives the kids time to relax and enjoy a day of doing what they like to do but still learning along the way. 
We woke up to really dark skies and it was raining all morning, which made it more of a lazy day.it is almost 2pm and i have to say i am done with all cooking and cleaning for the day, and it feels GOOD. I really should be catching up on my schooling but i really don't feel up to it, so instead we decided to lay down and watch a few movies till daddy gets home from work! 

Whats for dinner today?

And the kids have been snacking on home made pigs in a blanket 

My kids love these.
For dessert they are having home made chocolate chip cookies along with home made jello orange cups.

Everything is ready just have to put the casserole in the oven before hubby gets home, then we can keep being lazy :-) though the kids do have bible study today.
Everyone seems to be getting better but for me, my cough is still with me and its making my ears pop and hurt!!!! typical.
